A firm of planners, not a staffing agency

Primavera Planner was built on a simple observation: companies that need a senior planner for a short period have neither the time nor the interest in a long recruitment process, nor in managing a generalist agency with no real technical expertise.

Our positioning

A tight-knit network, not a directory

We don't list hundreds of profiles. We rely on a deliberately limited number of planners certified in Primavera P6, MS Project or Planisware, chosen for their hands-on experience on projects comparable to yours — construction, energy, infrastructure, industrial.

Every assignment is led by a senior lead planner who remains your single point of contact, from the first conversation to close-out. When the need justifies it — volume, language, a specific skill — they mobilise, under their direct responsibility, one or more profiles from the network.

This model keeps us responsive and rigorous, without the overhead of a large agency — a benefit we pass directly through in our assignment terms.

Languages

Assignments delivered in English and French

Most of our European assignments run in French, and our Gulf assignments in English — but we operate in both languages across our entire coverage area, depending on the needs of your team and stakeholders.
